I do not work in NY, I  have lived in NY since 1966, I just got back from Arizona after a 2 year break from the fast life in NYC.  Do you have a website address for Cirigliano forni?  I have been looking to buy a freestanding building to open a real nice pizzeria even in Connecticut and Arizona. Arizona is full of shopping centers and I hate to sign a 3=5 year lease, it is hard to get out of a lease in case the location does not work out; also. Phoenix is a very transient city and very seasonal.  Bianco has 2 freestanding buildings and they are always full of people. I hope you will have as much success  with your pizzeria.
