Hi,
anyone who can tell me what type of flour I should buy in Belgium for making pizza ? Could it be type "OO" (double O" ?

Hi, if you can find "00" buy it because that's what they use in Naples and most other pizzerias. I use any kind of flour but you have to know the strength of the flour or the amount of gluten it has. I hope I answered your question.
