It maybe worth trying to advertise in Italian. Mine isn't excellent, but it would be something like this:
Cerco pizzaiolo italiano con esperienza delle pizze napoletane, e forno a legna.

Lavoro per il periodo estiva nella grecia. Da cominciare subito.

It sounds great and I would like to apply as I have experince, but it's just come at the wrong time!
